Some providers offer “instant or 24-hour site startup”, which means they implement an empty shell and you are responsible for configuring your site and entering all of your initial content.
For $295**, CONNEXUS will get your web site up and running quickly, configured the way you want it and with all of your initial content loaded. **(Includes the normal $50 Setup Fee.)
When your site goes "live" it will be fully functional and be useful to your residents on their first visit. (If the first time someone comes to your site, they see empty or "Coming Soon" pages, it's likely they will not return.)
